How to Expand Your Access: If you initially purchased a Single Module Plan or Essential Bundle and later realize your business requires expanded architecture, you maintain a permanent right to scale up:

• Navigate to Account -> Billing Settings.
• Select the additional core module or full All-Access Tier you require.

The system allows you to purchase the secondary specific license standalone or pay the calculated prorated step-up rate via Stripe. The newly unlocked components will initialize instantly inside your existing workspace canvas.

Melororium provides automated, granular control over data deletion directly inside your account profile, eliminating the need to wait for manual support intervention.

• Full Workspace Deletion: Only the account Owner/Admin can terminate the entire workspace. Go to Settings -> Legal & Privacy -> Delete Workspace. Upon confirmation, all shared files, team metrics, and project assets are completely hidden from active servers.
• The 30-Day Recovery Buffer: To prevent catastrophic accidental data loss, deleted workspace profiles enter a strict 30-day retention lock. Your data is safely purged from all active database nodes and backup recovery drives automatically after 30 calendar days. This action is permanent and irreversible.
• Employee Self-Deletion: Individual team members hold autonomous rights to delete their profiles without admin approval. If a team member terminates their individual profile, their private configuration metrics are purged, but their operational history inside team boards remains safely intact.
