Troubleshooting

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

Scope: Diagnostic steps for failed transactions and compliance blocks.

Stripe Payment Failures & Geographic Restrictions

If your card transaction fails during checkout or tier expansion inside the platform, check the following system parameters:

Geographic Compliance Blocks: In strict accordance with international compliance frameworks and our corporate merchant policies, Melororium's payment infrastructure (Stripe) does not process transactions originating from Russia or Belarus. Cards issued by financial institutions within these territories will be automatically rejected.

Standard Resolution Steps:

  • Verify that your international e-commerce limits are active.
  • Ensure your matching billing postal code (ZIP) corresponds accurately with your card issuer records.
  • If issues persist, select an alternate global credit card or reach out to our desk via the support form under the "Billing" classification.

Offboarding Team Members & Task Assignment Management

Scope: Managing workflow continuity when a user profile is removed.

When an agency admin or corporate owner deletes an integrated employee profile to clear up a team seat, the system preserves historical data integrity through automated reassignment rules:

  • The Unassigned Protocol: The moment a user is deleted, all historical time-logs, completed milestones, and budget items tied to that user remain permanently locked inside your analytics dashboards for compliance audits.
  • Active Tasks: Any active or pending task cards previously assigned to the departing employee are automatically transitioned to an Unassigned status flag. The tasks are not deleted or moved. The project manager can simply filter the Kanban board by Unassigned to redistribute the workload across the remaining active team seats.
