Melororium

The modular workspace for hyper-focused teams

We are a lean team of three builders who got tired of fragmented, slow, and hyper-expensive SaaS tools. We engineered Melororium to unite your daily tasks, timelines, and business tracking into a single, lightning-fast database canvas. No corporate bureaucracy, no subscription rent.

Recurring Costs

The true cost of software rent.

The average digital agency burns thousands of dollars every single year renting basic operational infrastructure. Between disjointed task management apps, separate tracking timers, and paid guest slots for client portals, the "SaaS tax" silently drains your hard-earned net profit margins. We engineered Melororium to wipe this recurring overhead off your balance sheet permanently.

Built by our lean team of three engineers, Melororium converts your software liabilities into a permanent business asset. By securing your access today during our public launch phase, you lock in a complete, unified workspace for a single, one-off payment—long before we transition to standard monthly subscription models next year. Stop leasing your workflow.

One-Time Investment

Built on uncompromising principles.

We don't engineer software to extract monthly rent. We build high-performance, modular infrastructure that returns complete control over workflow, speed, and capital back to independent teams.

No Subscriptions

Buy your operational stack once and own it permanently. We eliminate recurring software rent, instantly converting your workflow tool from a monthly liability into a lifetime corporate asset.

Blazing Fast

Engineered on a clean database canvas with sub-100ms interaction latency. Melororium processes data mutations instantly, throwing away heavy enterprise loading spinners so your team can execute smoothly.

Modular Architecture

Never get overwhelmed by feature bloat. Actively toggle specific business modules on or off natively, keeping your workspace dashboard perfectly streamlined and hyper-focused on your current tasks.

Lean Team Focus

Designed strictly for independent operators, agile digital agencies, and builders. We bypass corporate bureaucracy and unnecessary seat-taxes to deliver pure, raw operational utility.

We built Melororium to solve our own biggest headache. Turns out, your team has it too.

Hey, I’m Kyrylo. As a lean team of three builders, we were drowning in our own operational stack. Every single day was a chaotic loop: jumping between ClickUp for tasks, Toggl for hours, and Excel sheets for project margins. We were constantly duplicating data, losing track of true profitability, and burning hard cash on 5 different monthly subscriptions.

None of those slow, over-engineered "enterprise" tools worked the way a fast, agile team actually executes. They forced us into their rigid frameworks and lagged when we needed speed. So, we stopped fighting the software bloat and started coding our own solution.

We built Melororium as a unified modular canvas that natively fuses tasks, billable time, and financial margins together. No confusing menus. No lagging interface. And absolutely no monthly subscription traps. We run our entire business on it every single hour—and today, we’re unlocking permanent access for yours.

Born from necessity. Forged in adversity.

In 2023, our lean team of three was operating out of Ukraine. Amidst the chaos of war, blackouts, and economic instability, managing client projects became a battle for survival. Every dollar of profit margin mattered—yet subscription apps like ClickUp and Toggl kept automatically charging our cards month after month, regardless of our reality.

We realized the SaaS rental model doesn't care if your business is surviving or thriving. It just takes your money. That’s when we stopped complaining and started coding. Melororium was built under the toughest conditions to give independent teams what we desperately needed ourselves: total workflow consolidation and absolute capital protection. Explore how we executed our roadmap.

2024

Breaking the subscription drain

Operating under severe operational pressures and volatile revenue in Ukraine, automatic monthly SaaS bills felt like an unfair tax on our survival. We refused to keep leasing fragmented tools and officially laid down the architecture for a completely independent workspace core.

Early 2025

Engineering the sub-100ms canvas

With unpredictable power grids, system efficiency and zero-bloat became our engineering obsession. We coded a custom database engine from scratch, ensuring modules load instantly and sync data smoothly without consuming heavy machine resources.

Mid 2025

Eliminating noise via native Slack bot

High-stress environments demand absolute focus. We threw away battery-draining email alerts and distracting browser popups, routing every critical database mutation cleanly through a custom Slack notification pipeline to save team attention.

Late 2025

Battle-testing with early creators

We opened our private beta to over 1,000 independent freelancers and lean digital agencies worldwide. Their raw, real-world feedback helped us refine our modular toggles and optimize performance in high-stress production environments.

2026

The launch for true independence

Having successfully scaled our infrastructure, we went live to the public with Lifetime Deals. We are giving teams the exact permanent workspace asset we needed to survive, long before we transition Melororium to subscription models next year.

Trusted by teams who demand ownership.

"Before Melororium, we were burning cash every month on separate task managers and time trackers. Consolidating our daily operations into one snappy lifetime deal completely streamlined our workflow."
