Built by founders
who refused to pay per seat.
We ran agencies. We paid $180/month across four tools that never talked to each other. So we built one workspace that does it all — tasks, time tracking, CRM, invoices — for one flat price. No seat tax. No per-user billing.

$0
Seat Tax
The true cost of software rent.
A 10-person agency running ClickUp, Toggl, and HubSpot pays $7,000-9,000/year in per-seat fees. That's before adding paid guest seats for client portals or any additional tools. Melororium covers the same stack — tasks, timers, CRM, invoices — for one flat monthly fee.
Built by a team of three engineers, Melororium puts your whole team on a single flat monthly price. No per-seat penalties, no billing surprise when you add someone new. One price for 4 to 25 people.

Flat-Fee Model
Built on uncompromising principles.
Three things we don't compromise on: flat pricing for the whole team, sub-100ms load times, and modules that your team actually uses — nothing more in the sidebar.
No Seat Tax
One flat monthly price covers your whole team. Add a new person and the price doesn't change. No per-seat billing, no seat-count billing surprises.
Blazing Fast
Custom database engine with sub-100ms interaction latency. Modules load instantly, data syncs in the background, no loading spinners waiting on enterprise infrastructure.
Modular Architecture
Toggle modules on or off based on what your team actually uses. No feature bloat taking up navigation space. No paying for functionality that sits dormant in a sidebar.
Lean Team Focus
Built for teams of 4-25 doing real client work — agencies, studios, small companies. Not retrofitted from enterprise software. Not priced for the Fortune 500.
We built Melororium to solve our own biggest headache. Turns out, your team has it too.
Hey, I’m Kyrylo. Three of us were running a small agency in Ukraine in 2024: ClickUp for tasks, Toggl for hours, Excel for project margins. Three separate subscriptions, three separate logins, hours every week copying data between them.
The enterprise tools didn’t fit. They were built for organizations with dedicated ops staff. We needed something faster and flat-priced — and nothing like that existed.
We built Melororium as a modular workspace: tasks, timers, CRM, and invoices in one place, one flat monthly fee for the whole team. We’ve run our agency on it since 2025.

Born from necessity. Forged in adversity.
In 2023, our team of three was working from Ukraine during power cuts and economic instability. Monthly SaaS subscriptions kept charging whether we had work or not — ClickUp, Toggl, separate tools for every part of the business.
The per-seat model doesn’t adjust for reality. It just charges. We built Melororium to give teams one workspace that covers every job — tasks, timers, CRM, invoices — at one flat price. Here’s how we got there.
Breaking the subscription drain
We were running a small agency in Ukraine during power outages and economic instability. Monthly SaaS bills kept coming regardless — ClickUp, Toggl, separate tools for everything. We decided to build a single workspace instead of leasing five separate ones.
Engineering the sub-100ms canvas
Unstable power grids made heavy software a real problem. We built a custom database engine from scratch — modules load under 100ms, data syncs without consuming machine resources, no spinners.
Eliminating noise via native Slack bot
Power cuts and poor connectivity made distracting notifications expensive. We routed every important workspace event through Slack — one channel, one notification type, no browser popups or email chains.
Battle-testing with early creators
We opened our private beta to over 1,000 small teams and lean digital agencies worldwide. Their raw, real-world feedback helped us refine our modular toggles and optimize performance in high-stress production environments.
The launch for true independence
Having successfully scaled our infrastructure, we went live to the public with flat-fee subscriptions. We give teams a workspace with one price for the whole team — no seat tax, no per-user billing.
Trusted by teams who demand ownership.
See how independent digital agencies and studios are switching to Melororium to cut their software spend and run their entire team under one flat monthly fee.
"Before Melororium, our team was burning cash every month on separate task managers and time trackers. Consolidating our daily operations into one flat-fee workspace completely streamlined our agency workflow."
Mark D.
Studio Lead
"We were hesitant at first, but the interface is shockingly premium. It gives our team exactly the task tracking tools we need without the bloated enterprise features that other apps force you to navigate. Incredible value."
Sarah J.
Operations Lead
"Escaping the monthly SaaS trap was our best decision this year. Melororium handles our entire agency’s project tracking and team timers natively. The unified dashboard is a game changer for our workflow."
Creative Block
Design Studio
"Our studio replaced two different subscriptions overnight. Having the visual kanban board directly linked to live timers means we no longer lose billable hours to administrative context switching."
Elena R.
Lead Designer
"It’s rare to find software that actually respects a small team’s budget. We track time and manage client projects — all from one clean, ultra-fast interface — flat price, whole team. Looking forward to the new modules!"
David K.
Agency Director
"Most task managers are built for 500-person companies. Melororium is clearly built for teams like ours. It’s fast, the UI doesn’t get in the way, and the whole team adopted it in a day."
Tom W.
Agency Manager
"The ultimate toolkit for studio managers. I used to hate doing end-of-month reporting, but now the built-in timers and work reports make it take three clicks. The interface is gorgeous."
Anna S.
Studio Manager
"Software that actually respects your team’s workflow. Having all our projects, tasks, and team timers in one unified dashboard makes remote collaboration effortless. And no seat tax is just the cherry on top."
