Melororium checks your active member count against your plan's limit (4 / 15 / 25) every time you send an invite. Once you hit it, inviting a new member is blocked with a direct message: "User limit reached, upgrade your plan to invite more members." No silent overage billing, no surprise charge. You upgrade when you're ready, the switch is prorated automatically, and nothing you've built gets touched.

Per-seat tools charge you again for every hire. A 10-person team on ClickUp or Monday pays around $1,440/year just in seats, climbing every time the team grows. Melororium charges one flat price for the whole workspace: $29, $59, or $119 a month, whether you're 4 people or 25. Add 5 more hires this quarter and your bill doesn't move.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Every workspace's data sits in its own separated database space, not a shared table filtered by workspace ID. File uploads are checked against a blocklist that rejects executable and script files (.exe, .sh, .js, .html, .svg and similar), blocking stored-XSS attacks, capped at 50 MB per file. AI features run on Bring Your Own Key: you provide your own Gemini, Claude, or OpenAI key, and it's never used to train a model or shared with us for anything else.

Not as a full team member yet: Client Portal is in development for Studio. Today, every plan, including Starter, gets a free Public Status Page: a link you send a client that shows live project progress. It's a one-way window into your work: live progress, no back-and-forth messaging, included at every price point today.

Four: Owner, Admin, Team Lead, and Member. Owner has full account and billing control. Admin manages the workspace day to day without touching billing. Team Lead gets elevated access scoped to their projects. Member is the standard working role.

Your workspace stays fully active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No immediate lockout the moment you click cancel. Once that period ends, the workspace moves to canceled and stops billing. There's no refund for the unused portion of a period you've already paid, so timing your cancellation to your renewal date gets you the most out of what you paid.

Yes, where applicable, calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and shown as its own line before you confirm payment. Melororium bills through Paddle, acting as merchant of record: Paddle, not us directly, handles VAT/sales tax collection and remittance across jurisdictions. You don't need your own tax setup to buy legally in most countries.

Annual: $21, $42, $75 per month, billed once a year ($250, $500, $900 total), about a 30% discount for committing upfront. Switch between monthly and annual anytime; the change is prorated automatically, so you're never charged twice for the same period.

No. One account maps to one workspace, and one workspace runs on one flat-fee plan for its whole team. If you're managing more than one company or a genuinely separate client brand as its own team, each one needs its own subscription. That's a deliberate tradeoff of the flat-fee model: one price only works cleanly against one team.

It lists modules already announced but not yet shipped: Task Chat, Analytics Pro, Meeting Hub, and Voice Notes on Agency; Document Builder, Invoicing Pro, Client Portal, Client Intake Forms, Automations, and AI Assistant on Studio. We build in public and don't hide what's still in progress behind vague "coming soon" language.

Not a native iOS or Android app today. Melororium is a responsive web app: it runs fully in your phone or tablet's browser, same login, same data, no separate download. A dedicated native app isn't on the current roadmap.
