Product Update: Proposals and Public Status Page
Send a proposal, client accepts, project creates automatically. Share a public status page with a link, no login needed. Both features now live in Melororium.
Two client-facing features
This release adds two features that improve the client-facing side of the agency workflow: Proposals (send a branded estimate, get a signed project) and Public Status Page (share live project progress without requiring a client login). Both features are designed to reduce the manual coordination between winning work and delivering it.

02. Proposals: from estimate to signed project in one flow
The Proposals feature in Melororium covers the full flow from estimate to signed project: build a branded proposal with line items, send it as a secure link, track when the client opens it, and automatically create a project when the client accepts. The proposal builder includes:
- Line items with quantity, rate, and calculated amount
- Percentage discount and tax fields, file attachments
- Expiry date, creates urgency and closes the loop on outstanding proposals
- Client-facing branding, agency logo, accent color, background
- PDF download, client can save a copy of the accepted proposal
- Auto-creates project on acceptance, no manual handoff
- View tracking, timestamp, location, and device when the client opens the proposal

03. Public Status Page: what the client sees when they open the link
The Public Status Page is a shareable link that gives clients live visibility into project progress without requiring a workspace account. Enable it in project settings, share the link, and the client can check progress at any time.
- Overall project completion percentage, updated as tasks are marked done
- Task list organized by status, Done, In Progress, Pending
- Deadlines for open tasks, client can see what is coming due
- Built-in real-time chat, client can message the team directly from the status page
