Office work provides ambient data automatically: you can see who is in the office, who is stressed, who is new and struggling. You can hear the conversation in the corner and know that the project is in trouble before anyone says so directly. Remote work removes all of this. Distributed teams manage without the signals that offices provide by default. The Team Intelligence Pack adds structured systems to replace three of the most valuable ambient signals: team morale, new hire readiness, and scheduling compatibility.

Team Sentiment
Team Sentiment sends anonymous weekly check-ins to all team members every Monday. Each member rates their week on a 1–5 scale and answers one rotating qualitative question. The manager sees aggregated results, team average score, score distribution, 8-week trend, and anonymized comments. AI insights flag patterns across responses without surfacing individual identities.
Smart Onboarding
Smart Onboarding creates role-based onboarding task lists for new hires automatically. When a new employee is added to the workspace, the hiring manager selects the role, and the system creates an onboarding project with the role-specific checklist, tasks assigned to the new hire, the hiring manager, and the designated buddy. Available roles: Designer, Developer, Project Manager, Account Manager, and a generic template for other roles. All templates are customizable.

Remote Team Scheduler
Remote Team Scheduler stores each team member's timezone and working hours in their employee profile, then uses that data throughout the platform. The overlap window, the time range where all team members' working hours intersect, is calculated automatically and displayed in the team dashboard and meeting scheduler. Smart scheduling suggestions identify the three best meeting slots based on the overlap window, and flag any proposed meeting time that falls outside a team member's working hours before the invite is sent.
