Two features that remove manual work
The two features released this cycle address a common source of non-billable overhead: the repetitive administrative tasks that happen at the start and end of each project cycle. Recurring Projects eliminates the manual work of setting up a new project board each month for retainer clients. Backup & History eliminates the manual work (and risk) of not having a reliable copy of your workspace data.

Recurring Projects
For agencies running monthly retainer clients, each new cycle requires a new project board. The typical process, duplicate last month's board, rename it, reset task statuses, adjust deadlines, notify the team, takes 20–30 minutes per client. For eight retainer clients, that is 2.5–4 hours of PM time per month. Recurring Projects automates this entirely. Configure a project as recurring, set the schedule, and the system creates the new cycle's project automatically on the configured date.

Backup & History
Backup & History is a full workspace export to JSON, available in Settings → Backup & History → Export Full Backup. The export includes all data in your workspace in a structured, portable format.
- All projects, active, archived, and completed
- All tasks, including subtasks, descriptions, and custom fields
- All comments, with author and timestamp
- All assignees and employees, with profile data and hourly rates
- All time entries, linked to tasks and employees
- Time entries also available as CSV, for payroll and invoicing use
Which plan includes these features
Both Recurring Projects and Backup & History are included in the Agency plan: $59/month for up to 15 users, flat fee. The Starter plan ($29/month, 4 users) includes project management and time tracking, but not automated recurring project cloning or the full workspace JSON export.
