This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Melororium (operated by Melonos 135863 LLC). By subscribing to a Melororium plan, you agree to the terms described below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Melororium subscription payments (Starter, Agency, and Studio plans). If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original payment date.
To request a refund, contact us at support@melororium.com with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service.
- The subscription has not been transferred or shared with another entity.
3. After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, purchases are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free 14-day demo before purchasing to make sure Melororium fits your team's needs.
4. Add-on Modules
Add-on module purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the module has not been actively used to process or store data.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund disputes may also be handled directly through Paddle in accordance with their buyer protection policies.
