An employee productivity report answers the question every agency manager asks but rarely has clean data to answer: is each team member working at a sustainable pace and producing at the expected rate? The question matters for two reasons. Overutilized team members produce worse work and eventually leave. What This Report Measures

The report covers four metrics per person. Hours logged per period shows whether actual working hours match contracted hours and reveals overtime patterns before they become retention problems. Tasks completed with a previous-period comparison shows trajectory, not a single point-in-time snapshot. Billable split shows what percentage of each person's time is client-billable, which directly affects project margin calculations. Work session timeline shows start times, end times, and break patterns across the reporting period.

This is operational data, not performance surveillance. The goal is to catch structural problems (wrong task distribution, unclear priorities, unrealistic scopes) before they damage team health or client relationships.
