A client invoice template is a pre-structured billing document connected to your logged hours and client CRM data — so generating a professional PDF invoice takes under 60 seconds instead of 20 minutes of copy-paste from a Google Doc. It includes your branding, line items for services and expenses, the billing period, and the payment terms.
